Rhonda, a 2ndgeneration Tucsonan, worked in the banking industry for 29 years. Her career with Wells Fargo Bank encompassed working as a commercial relationship manager assisting for profit and non-profit businesses, a banking manager for the Oro Valley First and Oracle location, followed by facilitating the opening of the Tangerine and First Avenue branch location.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Rhonda was employed by Bank of America. She held positions in branch management, consumer and business banking. Most notably, for the Tucson district office generating new business customers and training team members in markets ranging from the Northern to Southern regions of Arizona.
Rhonda is the Oro Valley Council Liaison to the Oro Valley Water Utility and has previously served on a broad range of community organizations. They have included Commissioner and past Vice Chair, Pima County Small Business Commission; Member, Pima Animal Care Center Advisory Committee, board of director positions for the Greater Oro Valley Arts Council (GOVAC), Oro Valley Rotary and the former Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce.
Current business affiliations include, the Amphi Foundation, Oro Valley Optimist Club, and Women at the Top (WATT).
Rhonda has also served as treasurer, Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS) bond campaign-Pima Animal Care Center; an affiliate member of Arizona Association of Business Brokers and Commercial Real Estate for Women; co-treasurer, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure; an associate committee member, Boys & Girls Club and volunteer, Habitat for Humanity.
Rhonda enjoys neighborhood walks with their rescue dog Lucy, playing golf and tennis.
